CA. We produce Windows-based
software for the home healthcare industry; we have clients

the technology industry, as well as the healthcare industry

Job
Description:
We are looking for sharp, career-focused individuals who
are willing to learn and grow in a nurturing environment.
Due to
client demographics, the required hours are based on the
Eastern Time Zone (from 6am–3pm, Monday–Friday, Pacific
time). We will train you to troubleshoot/solve entry-level
questions and challenges. We offer plenty of growth opportunity
and possible career management.
Career
paths:
While all employees begin as a Customer Support Representative,
once familiar with our software and the industry, potential
career paths include: Programming; Trainer; Quality Assurance;
Database Administration; Accounting; Customer Support;
Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Background in home health office process is desired but
not required. You must have a great attitude and strong
analytical
skills, be self-motivated, friendly, and professional,
both on the phone and in the office. Light computer
skills are
required; if you're willing to learn, we are willing
to help you succeed.
We are a team environment, and we would need for you
to be a flexible team player who can be mentally alert
by
6am.
Non-smokers only please. Must undergo a standard 90-day
probationary period.
Experience:
The following would be very helpful to potential candidates:
- Home Healthcare clinical and billing operations
- Medical billing knowledge/experience
- Software technical support
- Network support administration
