How many Users can Genie handle?
This depends on your purchased Sybase License and your network set up. Properly set up, Sybase database can easily accommodate more than 1,000 users at one time.

What is a Sybase License?
Sybase is a company that created the database technology that we use. We ship Genie in a single user mode. If you plan to network Genie, a proper license from Sybase is required.

How easy is it to learn Genie?
If you can use Haven, you can master Genie in no time.

Is Genie 'Haven like'?
It's better! Genie uses the same grouper.dll as Haven. The big difference is that Genie only has 3 screens to complete all of the different assessments. You can't get lost!

How long is implementation?
From pen and paper, you can usually start submitting your OASIS and Electronic Claims within the first two days!

Will we need to hire a 'computer guy' to maintain Genie?
No. It takes very minimal Windows skills to use Genie; and, except for daily backup, virtually NO maintenance required.

What will happen if our hardware does not meet the requirements?
You will occasionally get errors from your operating system because you may not have enough resources. This will result in unnecessary frustrations.
